I bought this costume for my baby's first Halloween and I was a bit disappointed with it. It did not look exactly like the item that is depicted in the photograph - the peas were much smaller and the colors were off. It wasn't TERRIBLE but it wasn't what I thought I would be getting. The deal breaker for me was when I went to put it on my son who is just under 4 months old and the costume was too short for him. This outfit is supposed to fit children up to 9 months of age and my son is not overly tall (he's 25"). I don't think I will be buying costumes from this store again...

The cow head (hood) and the bodysuit was a little big on my 17 lbs, 24" tall 6-month old baby, but it still looked pretty cute on him. The hood is an individual piece that's secured in place with a velcro taped at the neck. The ears, horn and tail all stood it's place. The material was thin and a bit rough but since it was chilly on Halloween, my baby wore something soft underneath. The black dots losted some of it's dark color and became slightly grayish after 2 washes (before and after wear). Overall, I think this costume is cute, but overpriced for the quality of it.

The bunting section of the costume was very cute, but the hat was too small for my two-month-old even though the size suggests the costume should fit until six months. Just a warning to other parents of big-noggined babies.

the costume is nice and very cute. However, you must buy tights and a shirt to go under it and that isn't clear in description.

Pleasantly surprised. Great quality, velcro closures, not cheap buttons (better and less expensive than the same item found locally). Fabric was medium weight and the costume was well made and had no defects in construction. Size allowed for ample wiggle room (we were able to put a warm sleeper underneath). My grandchild wore it comfortably (including the hood) the entire evening for trick or treating. All in all couldn't be happier with the Rubies Costume Co. EX-On Romper Costume, Cozy Cow, 6-12 month size.

This costume is simply adorable! My son was 4 1/2 months old when he wore this for Halloween this year. He wore a thin red p.j. underneath the lobster costume to complete the look, otherwise his legs and arms would have been bare. It was easy to put on him, and the costume fits similar to a layette. Ribbons on the end of the lobsters arms can be tied onto your babies wrist so when they move their arms, the lobster arms move with them. It wasn't too heavy of a material, too, so I didn't have to worry too much about him overheating. The hat was a little big for his head, so it slid around a little. I washed the outfit and it held up just fine. The legs on the outfit itself have a positionable wire inside of them, so you can bend them in any position you like. I would definitely recommend this costume for a baby's first Halloween!

I wanted a cute and inexpensive costume for our 17 month old (our child is small - he's under 20 lbs, so he fit in the 6-12 month size), and I chanced upon this monkey romper. The price couldn't be beat, so I ordered it and was very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the costume. It's very cute and we got a lot of compliments on it. It's easy to get on and off (handy for those diaper changes) as it holds together with Velcro. The only minor negatives are that if your baby is a walker, the big feet have a tendency to twist a bit (not bad though), and of course, you can't send the child walking outside in them. Also, the Velcro in the crotch can come undone (easily fixed) if the child toddles around a lot. Overall, we're very pleased with this purchase.

This costume was decent for the price, soft thin fleece that was pretty easy to put on. However, our 6 week old, 10lbs 22inch baby was almost too big for it, not sure how it could fit a 9 month old.

I love this costume! I ordered and received it 3 days later. FedEx tracking made it so easy to follow my purchase. It got here quick enough that if I didn't like it I could send it back. But I love it! The halter straps are slightly too big on me, but I am a short person and it's an easy fix. Outside of that it fits perfectly and just some cute boy shorts underneath to cover what isn't covered by the costume works out adorably. Can't wait to wear it this Saturday!
